At JVCO, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, JVCO will process the refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
